The reason I take wholefood supplements recommended by my Health Coach, is because I’m not eating it daily. So, I get my greens foods and fiber from a capsule or tablet. Something is better than nothing and that is why we use whole-food supplement nutrition recommended by my (Health Coach-Katya). – CB
